We prioritize Inclusive Practices and employ a co-teaching model to support special education access to grade level content across the district. In these past few years, we’ve grown our MTSS structures across K-12 and focused on building an understanding of Universal Design for Learning and Co-teaching in order to create an inclusive environment. Academically, our students perform well on state assessments as a result and our student growth percentiles have consistently outpaced the state.

Our professional development funding is robust, and we’re able to grow our staff capacity each year as a result. With professional learning communities, digital learning coaches, and literacy/math specialists throughout the district, new staff are well supported and able to receive job embedded professional development consistently.
