Holliston is a true community with high volunteerism, community involvement, an on-call Fire Department, and active service and citizen organizations which attest to the sense of community that distinguishes Holliston.
Q. What kind of support does Holliston offer new teachers?
New teachers have an Induction and mentoring program in the summer they arrive and a dedicated mentor to work with in addition to ongoing district meetings and support.

As a district we are looking for teachers who have high standards, are empathic, and promote social justice.
Q. How does Holliston demonstrate that it is committed to teacher diversity?
We are hoping to increase our teacher diversity and hiring of diverse staff within the district. This is a strong reason to partner with MPDE. We are working with Diverse Holliston to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion programs within the schools and community.
